We’re going to start using the Ida Noyes slot for an open gym session. I used my time throwing a few kicks at the focus mit with Girafa and Fofao. We later ran a drill with 3 people. Person in the middle escaped the designated kick of the outside 2 people for 30 sec. Using a 10 second rest, we did 25 rounds with 5 people. We ended the night with 2 × 1:00 min handstand on the wall.
